NEW DATE: SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7, 2020 @ CrossFit Stimulus!

KILO CrushFest 2020 is a One Day, 2-Person Team Competition hosted by CrossFit Stimulus in Hampton, Virginia.

2-Person Teams- MM & FF- Novice, Intermediate, and RX divisions.

Athletes and spectators get to spread out and enjoy the 15,000 square foot CrossFit Playground at Stimulus and be a part of the action as athletes CRUSH IT in this all day, fun filled and energizing event!

Enjoy delicious meals from Lyfestyle Meals and Colley Cantina food truck!

Spectators- Come out and support your team and enjoy the part of CrossFit we all love most, the COMMUNITY!
